Late cancellations hurt us, there's the obvious waste of food and effort on our part, plus the empty seats affect the ambience of the evening.
We need at least 72 hours notice if you are unable join us.
If this is not possible, we will try and fill your seat, or you can send someone in your place, please provide us with their details.
If the space cannot be filled,which is usually tricky as we are not a walk in restaurant, we are unable to offer a refund at this short notice, as our costs need to be covered.
Before 72 hours, There is a processing fee of £3.50 charged per person on ALL refunds.
