Late cancellations hurt us, there's the obvious waste of food and effort on our part, plus the empty seats affect the ambience of the evening.

Please give us at least 36 hours notice if you can't join us,

We will try and fill your places, or you can send someone in your place, if the space can't be filled, we will keep £40 per person, to go towards covering the lost costs.

We endeavor to run all of our Crows Nest Supper Club dates, however we can only run the Supperclub with a minimum of 6 guests.If we don't reach the numbers needed for ambience and viability, we reserve the right to cancel the evening, and offer you an alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund

We also reserve the right to cancel at the last minute, due to any unforeseen circumstances
